Lakshmi is a scientific and production company founded in 1992. Since 2009 we are a resident of the Hi-Tech Park. The products developed are of various fields: a mobile messenger with encryption and high security level, solutions for automated airport systems, blockchain solutions, etc. Lakshmi has become the winner of the 5th Republican Contest “Technosphere-2009” in the nomination “Best innovation of the year” in the area of IT.

At the moment we are looking for two Sales Managers who will make our team stronger and help us promote our product and find new business contacts. Our product is an analytical system which analyzes activity in the Ethereum blockchain as well as smart-contracts by various metrics using interactive graphics and schemes and then on the basis of the data obtained it can change the logic of smart-contract development/promotion if necessary. We believe this is a product of the future that can be of use for numerous people.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products

- Cold-calling to create interest in our products and services

- Arranging meetings with customers

- Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable

- Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades

- Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology

We expect from you:

- Upper-intermediate level of English (knowing Chinese will be a plus!)

- 1 year+ experience in active sales (experience in IT sales will be an advantage)

- Ability and willingness to work in a team

- Communication skills, self-confidence, initiative, and responsibility
